DRINKING HYDROGEN WATER

To use a hydrogen water bottle, fill it with clean, filtered (shungite) water. Avoid hot or carbonated water. Press the power button to start electrolysis, choose between 8 or 15 minutes. Wait for the indicator light, and drink immediately for best results as hydrogen dissipates quickly. Always ensure the lid is tight and the base is securely screwed on during operation to prevent leaks and damage.

HYDROGEN GAS INHALATION FEATURE

Fill the Bottle: Add clean, filtered, or distilled water to the designated fill line. Do not use hot or carbonated liquids. Attach Inhalation Accessories: Replace the standard lid with the special inhaler Lid that has a port for a tube. Connect the provided nasal cannula (breathing tube) to this port. Place the loop of the cannula over your head and gently insert the two soft prongs into your nostrils. Adjust for a comfortable fit.

Generate Gas: Place the bottle on a flat surface and start the hydrogen generation cycle, by pressing a power button.

Breathe Normally: Simply breathe comfortably through your nose while the machine runs its cycle. The device will push the hydrogen gas up the tube and into your nose.

Cycle Duration: Follow the manufacturer's recommended cycle times (8 or 15 minutes). Do not extend sessions past the recommended duration for typical home-use devices without consulting the manual or a healthcare provider.
