Start with clean, dry skin. Apply a generous amount of scrub, concentrating on rough areas such as elbows, knees and heels. Massage gently in circular motions to allow the exfoliating and nourishing properties to work. Leave the scrub on your skin for 10-15 minutes to allow the moisturizing ingredients to be absorbed to the fullest. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and gently pat dry with a towel. For best results, use 1-2 times per week.
